MorePoezije

Porama srca i strujanjima duše, mora poezije svaku tugu ruše.

mislima, riječima, odnosima i radom

dok sve i svašta ubacuju u novčani koš.

Jer ljudi kupuju i sakupljaju toliko stvari

ubijaju životnost u mah bez metka i puške.

Kolekcionarstvo kao skuplja verzija stvari
postojano sasvim vlasnike kolekcija kvari
egzistencijalnu tjeskobu zbog straha od smrti
pružaju prema stvari i nisu prema njoj škrti.

Prikazivanje moći i statusa kroz predmete
postaju struktura, kontrola da se život omete
postaju produžetak ljudskog tijela i uma
mijenjajući identitet bez duhovnog šuma.

S ljubavlju, Željka.

“Gather treasure within yourselves,”
Jesus said,
where sums, pluses, and
minuses no longer count,
but only the pure divide
between spirit and body,
whose outcome raises the white flag.

We surrender to the
Spirit in faith and hope,
through thoughts, words,
relationships, and work,
for a place where moths do not destroy,
and where no thief—neither father nor anyone else—comes near.

“Render unto Caesar what is Caesar’s,
and unto God what is God’s” is the stance;
for it, one must be strong,
as strong as a lion.
A person lives according to
how they feel within,
without worrying about yesterday,
much less tomorrow.

“It is easier for a camel to pass
through the eye of a needle
than for a rich man to enter the Kingdom of God,” He also said—
words some people ought
to wear like a brooch
while they toss all sorts of things
into their money basket.

For people buy and collect so many things
that their mental system
becomes chronically impaired;
these things demand time,
care, and responsibility,
and one must be deemed worthy
of their brand and price.

Cheap or expensive, it is still
completely foolish,
for after a purchase, one feels dull;
adrenaline and dopamine fall like pears,
instantly draining life
of vitality—without bullet or gun.

Collecting, as a more costly
form of possessing things,
steadily corrupts the owners of collections;
in their existential anxiety,
born of the fear of death,
they reach toward things and
are not stingy with them.

The display of power and
status through objects
becomes a structure, a control
that obstructs life;
objects become extensions of
the human body and mind,
altering identity without spiritual resonance.

With love, Željka.
