Birali nismo ni vrijeme, ni mjesto, ni godinu
ni obitelj, ni osobnost, ni izgled, ni misiju
ali svi smo tu gdje se nalazimo i jesmo
kadri učiniti više, tolerirati ili ići u bjegstvo.

Ljudi smo svoga vremena poslani u biti
da se povezujemo gradeći međusobne niti
slogom i suradnjom za bolji i ljepši svijet
jer sve nas čeka isti na kraju nebeski let.

Država kao simbol zajedničkih vrijednosti
koja održava splet vremenskih zasebnosti
njegujući svako dobro od općeg značaja
u kojima ima mjesta za nova shvaćanja.

AI tehnologija je vrhunski alat ovog vremena
koja nosi zapise napretka, iskustva, bremena
digitalni novac isključivo kroz državni aparat
postao bi najučinkovitiji učesnik, istinski zanat.

Svaka kovanica poreznika u svako doba
bila bi transparentna gdje, kako i za koga
taj temelj na kojem se društvo i dobro gradi
pokazalo bi točno što tko i kako zapravo radi.

Korupcija, nepotizam, mito i bogaćenje
izuzeli bi se u startu, zbilja nulto ophođenje
jer pisani trag neizbrisiv i dostupan svima
ostvario bi cilj, nama, ne samo njihovim i njima.

Političke stranke ne bi imale nikakav smisao
po pitanju kad je za nekog netko zakone pisao
konsenzus bi se donosio po pravu i pravdi
istina i mogućnost bi odlučili što i kako se radi.

Tom okruženju bi pristupili časni dokazani ljudi
kojima su dobrobit i standard u njihovoj ćudi
mudra preraspodjela i dugoročna stabilnost
oporavila bi cjelovito društvo, kreirala agilnost.

Dok su tehnološki modeli poput onog u Kini iskorišteni za nadzor i kontrolu pojedinca, Europa se nalazi u trenutku zrelosti i krize koji zahtijeva obrat.
Vrijeme je da istu tu tehnologiju (AI i digitalni novac) iskoristimo kao alat za apsolutnu transparentnost vlasti. Uvođenjem digitalnog traga za svaki javni novčić, dok se građanima čuva sloboda gotovinom, korupcija prestaje biti mogućnost.
To nije daleka budućnost, već neizbježna potreba – infrastruktura postoji, sredstva su osigurana, a voda je došla do grla. Transformacija više ne može čekati pilot-programe; ona je moralni imperativ za opće dobro i jedini put prema istinski agilnom društvu.

nurturing every good of common importance,
within which there is space for new understandings.

AI technology is the ultimate tool of our time,
carrying records of progress,
experience, and burdens,
digital money, exclusively through
the state apparatus,
would become the most efficient
participant, a true craft.

Every coin of the taxpayer, at any given moment,
would be transparent — where, how, and for whom,
that foundation upon which
society and good are built
would show exactly who does what and how.

Corruption, nepotism, bribery, and enrichment
would be excluded from the start,
truly zero tolerance,
for a written trace, indelible and accessible to all,
would achieve the goal — for us, not just for them.

Political parties would lose all meaning
when it comes to who writes laws for whom,
consensus would be reached
through law and justice,
truth and possibility would decide
what is done and how.

In such an environment,
honorable and proven people
would step forward, driven by
public good and standard,
wise redistribution and long-term stability
would restore society as a
whole and create agility.

While technological models like those in China have been used for surveillance and control of the individual, Europe stands at a moment of maturity and crisis that demands a shift.
It is time to use that same technology (AI and digital money) as a tool for absolute transparency of governance. By introducing a digital trace for every public coin, while preserving citizens’ freedom through cash, corruption ceases to be a possibility.
This is not a distant future, but an inevitable necessity — the infrastructure exists, the resources are secured, and the water has reached our throats. Transformation can no longer wait for pilot programs; it is a moral imperative for the common good and the only path toward a truly agile society.

Nous n’avons choisi ni le temps,
ni le lieu, ni l’année
ni la famille, ni la personnalité,
ni l’apparence, ni la destinée
mais nous sommes tous là où nous
nous trouvons et ce que nous sommes
capables d’agir davantage,
de tolérer ou de fuir, en somme.

Nous sommes les enfants de notre temps,
envoyés en essence

d’interdépendance

L’État comme symbole de valeurs partagées
qui maintient l’entrelacs des temporalités séparées

La technologie de l’IA est l’outil
suprême de notre époque
portant les traces du progrès, de l’expérience et du fardeau qu’elle évoque
la monnaie numérique,
uniquement via l’appareil d’État,
deviendrait l’acteur le plus efficace,
un véritable mandat.

Chaque pièce fiscale, à tout instant,
serait transparente — où,
comment et pour qui exactement
ce fondement sur lequel société
et bien commun s’érigent
montrerait clairement qui fait quoi et
selon quelles lignes.

Corruption, népotisme,
pots-de-vin et enrichissement
seraient écartés d’emblée,
tolérance zéro réellement
car une trace écrite,
indélébile et accessible à chacun
réaliserait l’objectif pour nous tous,
non pour quelques-uns.

Les partis politiques n’auraient plus aucun sens
quand il s’agit de savoir qui écrit les
lois en leur essence
le consensus naîtrait du droit et de la justice
la vérité et la possibilité guideraient l’office.

Dans cet environnement entreraient des
personnes intègres et éprouvées
dont le bien commun et le niveau
de vie sont les priorités affirmées
une redistribution sage et une
stabilité à long terme
guériraient la société entière,
lui donnant un nouvel élan ferme.

Alors que des modèles technologiques comme celui de la Chine sont utilisés pour la surveillance et le contrôle de l’individu, l’Europe se trouve à un moment de maturité et de crise qui exige un tournant.
Il est temps d’utiliser cette même technologie (IA et monnaie numérique) comme un outil de transparence absolue du pouvoir. En introduisant une trace numérique pour chaque centime public, tout en préservant la liberté des citoyens par l’argent liquide, la corruption cesse d’être une possibilité.
Ce n’est pas un futur lointain, mais une nécessité inévitable — l’infrastructure existe, les moyens sont assurés, et l’eau est montée jusqu’au cou. La transformation ne peut plus attendre des projets pilotes ; elle est un impératif moral pour le bien commun et le seul chemin vers une société véritablement agile.

Die KI-Technologie ist das höchste
Werkzeug dieser Zeit,
sie trägt Spuren von Fortschritt,
Erfahrung und Last in sich weit,
digitales Geld, ausschließlich durch den Staatsapparat gelenkt,
würde zum effizientesten Akteur — ein wahrhaftes Handwerk, das lenkt.

Jede Steuer-Münze zu jeder Stunde und Zeit
wäre transparent — wo,
wie und für wen sie gedeiht,
dieses Fundament,
auf dem Gesellschaft und Gemeinwohl bestehen,
würde genau zeigen,
wer was und wie lässt geschehen.

Korruption, Nepotismus,
Bestechung und Bereicherung zugleich
würden von Anfang an ausgeschlossen — null Toleranz im Bereich,
denn eine schriftliche Spur,
unauslöschlich und für alle sichtbar gemacht,
würde das Ziel erfüllen — für uns alle,
nicht nur für wenige mit Macht.

Politische Parteien hätten keinerlei Sinn,
wenn es darum geht, wer Gesetze
schreibt und aus welchem Gewinn,
Konsens würde nach Recht und
Gerechtigkeit entstehen,
Wahrheit und Möglichkeit bestimmten,
wie Dinge geschehen.

In dieses Umfeld träten ehrenhafte,
bewährte Menschen ein,
denen Gemeinwohl und Lebensstandard im
Wesen zuhause sein,
kluge Umverteilung und langfristige Stabilität
würden die Gesellschaft heilen und
schaffen neue Agilität.

Während technologische Modelle wie jenes in China zur Überwachung und Kontrolle des Individuums genutzt werden, befindet sich Europa an einem Punkt der Reife und der Krise, der eine Wende verlangt.
Es ist Zeit, genau diese Technologie (KI und digitales Geld) als Werkzeug absoluter Transparenz der Macht zu nutzen. Durch die Einführung einer digitalen Spur für jeden öffentlichen Cent, während die Freiheit der Bürger durch Bargeld gewahrt bleibt, hört Korruption auf, eine Möglichkeit zu sein.

Non abbiamo scelto né il tempo,
né il luogo, né l’anno,
né la famiglia, né la personalità,
né l’aspetto, né il disegno umano,
ma siamo tutti dove ci
troviamo e ciò che siamo,
capaci di fare di più,
tollerare oppure fuggire lontano.

Siamo figli del nostro tempo, inviati nell’essenza,
per connetterci tessendo fili di reciproca presenza,
con unità e cooperazione per un mondo
più bello e migliore,
poiché tutti ci attende, alla fine,
lo stesso volo verso il superiore.

Lo Stato come simbolo di valori condivisi
che mantiene l’intreccio di tempi distinti e divisi,
custodendo ogni bene d’interesse comune
in cui trovano spazio anche
visioni nuove e opportune.

La tecnologia dell’IA è lo strumento
supremo di questa età,
porta con sé tracce di progresso,
esperienza e responsabilità,
la moneta digitale, esclusivamente tramite l’apparato statale gestita,
diverrebbe l’attore più efficiente —
una vera via compiuta.

Ogni moneta fiscale, in ogni istante del tempo,
sarebbe trasparente — dove,
come e per chi, senza impedimento,
questa base su cui società e bene
comune si fondano,
mostrerebbe esattamente chi
fa cosa e come agiscono.

Corruzione, nepotismo,
tangenti e arricchimento personale
verrebbero esclusi fin dall’inizio,
tolleranza zero totale,
poiché una traccia scritta,
indelebile e a tutti accessibile,
realizzerebbe l’obiettivo — per noi tutti,
non per pochi privilegiati.

I partiti politici non avrebbero alcun senso
quando si tratta di chi scrive le
leggi e con quale intento,
il consenso nascerebbe dal
diritto e dalla giustizia,
la verità e la possibilità guiderebbero
ogni pratica e ogni iniziativa.

In questo ambiente entrerebbero
persone oneste e comprovate,
per le quali il bene comune e lo
standard di vita sono mete dichiarate,
una redistribuzione saggia e una
stabilità a lungo termine
risanerebbero l’intera società,
creando un sistema più agile e uniforme.
